Basically you're going to gather the needed rooting files for your Telus Fascinate. After this, you'll need to make sure you have USB debugging mode turned on in your Tablet ( Settings -> Application -> Development -> USB Debugging ).

Next, connect your Tablet to your PC via USB, get ready to root your Telus Fascinate!! All you have to do is launch the SuperOneClick.exe inside of the .zip file attached below.
